The Wild Woman

Felix Mitterer’s “The Wild Woman” tells the story of five men who eke out their meager existence as a lumberjack. Every day determine their purpose in life – working, eating and sleeping. Trapped in their circumstances and in themselves, „the wild woman“ seems to appear from nowhere in their lives. She is silent. As a kind of “soul catcher ” she separates the shadows from the bodies and uncovers the pure human being…
willing to pick them up…. ready to redeem them.
